Photo display:  i. The client(s) hereby allow(s) EGS to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc. 

Cancellation Policy

On notice of the cancellation, EGS. will credit the amount paid. The credit to be used toward, any EGS program in the year registered.  Payment will be processed at the time of booking online.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE The EGS reserves the right to dismiss any golfer whose behavior is detrimental to the experience of others participating in programs or thought to be disrespectful to the game, the golfer, or the organization. Parents and guardians in addition to all golfers should review the academy and golf course rules prior to a first class and ask any questions they may have. In the case of misconduct or rules violations, and at the discretion of the instructor (with input from other staff), golfers may be subject to a temporary in-class suspension, immediate dismissal from the day, or permanent ban from the academy with no refund of instructional fees. 

Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and IndemnityWaiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities organized by  EGS, the Client, for him or herself, his or her heirs, personal representatives or assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue EGS., its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of EGS., its officers, employees and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss sustained by him or her arising from, but not limited to travel to, from or participation in the activities organized by EGS.

Assumption of Risks: Participation in the activities organized by EGS carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The risks vary from one activity to another but the risks range from minor inconveniences to major injuries such as eye injury, joint or back injuries, concussions, paralysis and death.The Client acknowledges that he or she has read the previous paragraphs and understands and appreciates these and other risks that are inherent in the activities organized by EGS. and hereby asserts that his or her participation is voluntary and that he or she knowingly assume all such risks.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: The Client also agrees to indemnify and hold EGS  harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including legal fees brought as a result of his or her involvement in the activities organized by EGS. and to reimburse EGS. for any such expenses incurred.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: The Client acknowledges that he or she has read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understands its terms, and is signing the agreement freely and voluntarily.
